Each individual journey is unique and presents its own challenges and opportunities.

Throughout my own personal career journey, I have been incredibly fortunate to have had a handful of trusted advisors and coaches that have helped me navigate through the opportunities, challenges and complexities of life, inclusive of career pathing decisions.  I distinctly remember the profound impact they had on me as I was trying  to navigate my professional career while also embracing various life transitions, like balancing a career and family through a global relocation from Canada to Switzerland, embracing becoming a new mom and motherhood as a working mom, balancing work-life through the illnesses and  death of close loved ones, among many others. 

Having experienced first hand the transformational impact coaching had on me through these transitions, I have always been passionate about wanting to support and coach others. I have taken numerous coaching certifications throughout the years to continuously expand on this skill set and commitment to help others. I am inspired by watching those around me succeed and achieve their fullest potential.  It is for all these reasons, that I decided to offer personal coaching services as part of Harb Consulting Inc, to those who need it.
